I have had one or two calls asking whether our kits are flat pack or not. Our kits are ready made units. This saves you a lot of time and work. Our Kits are made to template patterns, and will only vary slightly from one to another as they are all hand made. As I explain in another place on the web site they have 3mm ply backs in them (have a look at the photos below). The T4 kits just have a back on the cupboard section of the Base unit. These types of vans are lined out first (see "Our T4 complete refurb" in "Photos" on the website)The Kit you see above is ready to go out to a customer. They chose their own Formica for the Worktop and Table, and you will notice they have the Overhead Unit as well. The Overhead Unit has room for three down lights in it, the Top Box has room for two. Leaning against the wall is the 9mm Floor already cut to shape. You can see the base boards for the R & R Bed there too. You will see in one of the pics below the infill piece already cut to shape, it is taped to the side of the Base Unit in each kit.
